Welcome to TAPA Stepaside. My name is Manuel Alfaro, Head Chef at TAPA. I come from Chiclana de la Frontera in Cádiz, home of fine sherry and great tapas. In TAPA we aim to bring a little bit of Spain to Stepaside by bringing you genuine and authentic tapas and wines, like those that you would enjoy in a wine bar on the Costa de la Luz in the south of Spain.
